About Texliff

We translate the documents your life runs on.

Texliff is a U.S. language services company for certified translation, legal, medical, and on-site interpretation. We pair a vetted network of linguists with the tooling customers wish every vendor had: instant quotes, real downloads, real humans in chat, and certifications that actually get accepted.

Our story

Built because the old way of buying translation is broken.

Most language vendors still run on email threads, PDF quotes, and spreadsheets. Customers wait days for an estimate. Linguists chase payment. Coordinators retype the same information into three different systems. The work gets done, but everyone’s tired.

Texliff was built to fix that. We started with the simplest premise: a customer should be able to upload a document, see a real price, pay, and download a certified translation — all in one place. Then we extended the same idea to interpretation: book on-site, video, or phone with the same calendar.

Behind the product is a vetted network of professional linguists, court-certified interpreters, and ATA-aligned translators. Behind them is a coordination team that lives in one shared inbox so nothing falls between the cracks.

The languages we live in

Native speakers, not glossaries.

Every language below is staffed by people who write it natively — and each links to its own translation page.

What we hold to

Our values, plainly.

Quality first

Every project moves through linguist + reviewer + QA. No "good enough."

Certified by default

A signed Certificate of Accuracy is standard on certified work — not an upsell.

Modern by design

A workspace customers actually want to use — uploads, quotes, payment, downloads in one place.

Truly global

Coverage that includes the long-tail languages most providers quietly outsource.

People-first

Linguists earn more, customers wait less, coordinators have the tools to do good work.

Built to last

A platform engineered for a decade of use — not a quarterly growth hack.
