Calls to workers
Phone suits the plant sessions that are only conversation, such as an injury statement, a follow-up call or a briefing for staff who are away from a screen. Sessions are scheduled in advance, so each call is booked for a set time. The interpreter dials in from anywhere in the US. Short calls with a supervisor or HR fit well, because both sides only need to hear each other.

Your staff, such as an HR representative or a supervisor, dial in with the worker. For an injury statement, the insurer's adjuster leads the call and records it. Everyone dials in to the same line, and the interpreter can add a person once the others are on. Nobody has to be at the plant for the call.
The interpreter's job is to make the call as clear as if the worker and the plant staff spoke one language. A speaker says a few sentences and pauses, and the interpreter interprets that part before the other side answers. Every question and answer is interpreted in full, and the interpreter gives no advice and keeps the call confidential.
In an injury statement
In an HR follow-up
An adjuster may record an injury statement. At the start, the interpreter is identified on the recording, and every question and answer is interpreted, so the recording and any transcript hold the worker's own words. We do not record a session unless the customer asks.
On-site, video or phone
Phone works for conversation and for statements. When people need to see a form or a slide, pick video or an interpreter at the plant.

Book an interpreter at the plant for hands-on training, shift meetings and a customer audit.
On-Site Interpretation for Factories
Video fits an online course or an onboarding session where slides and forms are shown on screen.
Video-Remote Interpretation for Factories
Phone fits an injury statement, a follow-up after an incident or a short briefing.

Can't find it here?
The total for the time you book appears before you pay. A briefing takes longer with an interpreter because the speaker pauses every few sentences, so book more than the English version would need.
Yes. Book a pre-start call with the language and the time, and share the dial-in number and the access code with the new hire.
Name the interpreter in the booking notes. We book the service rather than a particular person, so we take the request into account and assign them when they are available.
No. Any phone works, because the worker only dials the number and enters the access code.
At least 48 to 72 hours ahead, and earlier if you can.
70 languages. Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Haitian Creole are the easiest to schedule by phone, and a rare language needs more time to arrange.
Yes. Court-certified and medically credentialed Ukrainian interpreters are assigned to legal and clinical matters — Federal Court Interpreter Certification, state court rosters, CCHI / NBCMI for medical. For community, educational and corporate settings we assign professionally trained interpreters matched to the subject.
