01Will USCIS accept a translated affidavit as secondary evidence?
Affidavits are the standard secondary evidence when a registry record never existed, and ours are delivered as complete certified translations with a signed Certificate of Accuracy. 02Does the translation carry the same legal force as the sworn original?
