01Will USCIS accept your passport translation?
Yes. It is delivered as a complete English translation of the pages you order with a signed Certificate of Accuracy — the standard for foreign-language evidence. For identity purposes the bio page is normally what a filing uses; if an officer has asked for more, order the pages they named.
02Do you translate the machine-readable zone at the bottom of the bio page?
We reproduce it exactly as printed and label it as the machine-readable zone. It is an encoding, not a sentence — a translation that pretends otherwise is wrong on its face, and reviewers know it. The human-readable fields above it carry the same information in translatable form.
03My name is spelled one way in my passport and another way on my birth certificate.
Both documents are translated as issued — we never harmonize spellings silently. Tell us both versions when you order and we will add a translator’s note recording that they are romanizations of the same source-script name, which is exactly the explanation a reviewer needs to see.
04My passport has stamps in several languages. Can one order cover them?
Yes. Booklets collect stamps in whatever languages the borders spoke. Each is translated by a linguist for its language under one order, with the certificate covering the complete work.
05How is the price calculated?
By word count. A bio page stays at the starting price of $24.95; for a full booklet we count what is actually stamped and written, and the exact total shows before you pay. Blank pages are free because they contain nothing to translate.
06Is it safe to upload my passport?
Files are transferred and stored encrypted, access is limited to the linguists working your order, and we never publish or share client documents. If you want the file deleted after delivery, say so and we will confirm the deletion.
