What you receive
Every file and session is covered by an NDA and sent over an encrypted connection. Clinical matters are handled in line with HIPAA.
If you also need translations
Certified English translations of Chinese documents come from the same account, delivered as a PDF you can print or upload. These are the ones courts, USCIS, clinics and schools ask for.
USCIS requires a complete English translation with a signed certification for every Chinese document in the file, and the officer can ask to see the originals at the interview.
The interpreter voices testimony. Contracts, sworn statements, prior transcripts and messages in Chinese come in as certified translations the court can file.
Immunization records, prescriptions and discharge summaries from abroad go into the chart in English; the same translations serve school enrollment and insurance claims.
Enrollment, placement and admissions run on transcripts and diplomas in English. The district handles its own notices in Chinese; the family brings the previous school’s records.

Can't find it here?
Yes. Court-certified and medically credentialed Chinese interpreters are assigned to legal and clinical matters — Federal Court Interpreter Certification, state court rosters, CCHI / NBCMI for medical. For community, educational and corporate settings we assign professionally trained interpreters matched to the subject.
Mandarin speakers from mainland China generally prefer Simplified characters; speakers from Taiwan and older Hong Kong / overseas communities prefer Traditional. For interpretation this matters only for written handouts.

Yes. Clinical VRI sessions run on a HIPAA-aligned platform with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on file, encrypted media, audit logs and no retained recordings.
Indirect communication, seniority-based address and face-saving conventions materially affect depositions and negotiations. Our Mandarin interpreters are trained to render content faithfully without normalising politeness away.
