Calls agencies book
Phone fits the short calls between meetings. The card for offers and contracts links to its own phone page.
The agent calls a client to explain an offer or a counteroffer, and the interpreter interprets the call.
Typical calls
A property manager calls a tenant about the lease, a deposit or a missing document, and the interpreter interprets.
Typical calls
The agent calls the buyer or seller to say what is left to sign and what to bring to the title company.
Typical calls
Real estate by phone
Agencies book a phone interpreter for short calls that do not need a document on screen, such as an update on an offer, a question from a tenant or a reminder of what to bring to the closing. A client with no video can take part, and the interpreter can dial in from anywhere, so a language with no interpreter near the agency can still be booked.

The agent or property manager calls the client, who may be a buyer, a seller or a tenant. A representative of the other side, such as a listing agent or a landlord, can be on the same call. Everyone dials in to the number in the confirmation, and the interpreter dials in too.
The call runs by turns. The agent speaks, then pauses, and the interpreter gives that part to the client in their language. The client answers, and the interpreter gives the answer back to the agent. Everything is interpreted in full. The interpreter stays neutral, keeps the client's details confidential, and does not give advice about a price, a property or a decision.
On a call
Nothing can be shown on a phone call, so the client needs the paper first. Send the offer, the lease or the list of closing documents beforehand, and say which page or line you mean as you go. Put the property address and the names of the parties in the booking notes.
On-site, video or phone
Phone suits a quick call that needs only voices. Pick another setting when the client has to look at a page.

Book an interpreter in person for the closing at the title company or a lease signing.
On-Site Interpretation for Real Estate Agencies
Video is better for walking through a contract or an inspection report page by page on screen.
Video-Remote Interpretation for Real Estate Agencies
Phone fits a call to a client who has no video, when the question can be answered by voice.

Tell us before the call, and we move the booking to video if an interpreter is available at that time.
Phone suits questions about the lease before or after the signing. For the signing itself, book an interpreter in person, so the client can read the pages as they are explained.
Priced by the time you book, with the total shown before you pay. Allow some extra time, because the call runs by turns, and unused time is not refunded.
We record a call only when you ask us to. The interpreter is under an NDA, as in every session.
