Book an interpreterThe language
Spanish is our most booked language for on-site and phone interpretation. We staff court hearings, USCIS interviews, IMEs, parent-teacher conferences and corporate trainings every business day.

Formats we interpret
Employers onboard a whole group, one new hire at a time, or a series of groups. Pick the format closest to yours, and tell us the address, the room and the start time.
New hires who speak the same language sit together in a conference room or training room, and the interpreter interprets the presentation for them. Add the room and where the interpreter checks in to the booking notes.
Benefits enrollment or a first-day paperwork review is often done with a single new hire and an HR contact. Book the hours for that one session, and the interpreter sits with the new hire.
When new hires start in groups through the day or the week, book one block of hours that covers all the groups. Send the schedule with the start time of each group.
In-person onboarding
Onboarding is usually held in person on the first day, in an orientation room or at the employer's site. When new hires who speak another language sit in the room, the interpreter sits with them and interprets the presentation as it goes. In-person interpreting also suits sessions where new hires fill in forms, because the interpreter is beside them when a question comes up. The interpreter works at the one address you give.

An HR representative or onboarding coordinator runs the session and explains the company's rules and forms. The new hires listen, ask questions and fill in their paperwork. A supervisor may stop in to meet them. The interpreter works in one language, so a room with new hires who speak two other languages needs two bookings.
The interpreter's job is to give the new hires the same orientation an English-speaking group would get. The presenter says a short part and stops, and the interpreter says all of it in the new hires' language. A new hire's question is put to the presenter in the first person. The interpreter is neutral, keeps what they hear confidential, and does not explain policies in their own words or help with the answers on a form.
Explaining a form
Onboarding often includes forms such as the I-9 and tax forms, and a handbook acknowledgment. The presenter explains each form and the interpreter interprets the explanation, while the new hires fill in the form themselves. Send the forms, the handbook and the slides with the booking, so the interpreter can prepare the terms.
On-site, video or phone
Book an interpreter in the room when new hires start at your site. Video or phone suits new hires who are elsewhere.

Book an interpreter in the room when new hires sit together for the orientation and fill in forms with the presenter.

Video fits when new hires start at different sites or from home, and the presenter shares the slides on screen.

Phone fits a call about a start date or a single form, when no slides are needed.

Add the agenda, the slides, the handbook and the forms to the booking in your dashboard, along with the room and where to check in. The interpreter reads them before the session.
Name the interpreter in the booking notes. We book the service rather than a particular person, so we take the request into account and assign them when they are available.
Book the presentation, the questions and time for the forms, because the presenter pauses for the interpreter and unused time is not refunded. The total shows before you pay.
70 languages. Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Arabic and Mandarin are the easiest to schedule. A site far from a large city, or a rare language, needs more notice.
At least 48 to 72 hours ahead, and earlier if you can.
Cancellation is in writing. You get a full refund more than seven days before the session, 75% between seven days and 48 hours before, and no refund in the last 48 hours.
Yes. Court-certified and medically credentialed Spanish interpreters are assigned to legal and clinical matters — Federal Court Interpreter Certification, state court rosters, CCHI / NBCMI for medical. For community, educational and corporate settings we assign professionally trained interpreters matched to the subject.
Spanish varies meaningfully between Spain, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and the Southern Cone. We match linguists to the client's region and purpose — e.g. Mexican Spanish for U.S. courtrooms, neutral Latin-American Spanish for corporate L&D.
