01Do you have interpreters in every state?
Yes, we work in all 50 states. Large metro areas are the easiest to schedule, and a plant in a rural area needs more notice.
02What if workers speak two different languages?
One interpreter works in English and one other language per booking. For a second language, book a second interpreter for the same address and date.
03How many hours should we book for an audit?
Book from the opening meeting to the closing meeting, and add time for the worker interviews, since each answer is interpreted too. The interpreter is reserved for the whole booking, so unused time is not refunded.
04Can we ask for the same interpreter on the second day of an audit?
You can ask for it in the booking notes. A booking is for the service, not for a particular interpreter, so we take the request into account and assign them when they are available.
05How far ahead should we book?
At least 48 to 72 hours ahead, and earlier if you can.
06Which languages are available for factory audits?
70 languages. Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Arabic and Haitian Creole are the easiest to schedule, and rare languages need more notice.
07Seus intérpretes de Grego são certificados?
Sim.
