01Can I add the visit link after I book?
Yes. Add it in your dashboard once you have it, and the interpreter joins it at the booked time.
02Is a telehealth visit with an interpreter private?
Clinical sessions are handled in line with HIPAA, and the interpreter works under an NDA. Connections are encrypted, and a BAA is available if you need one.
03What if the patient's connection drops?
The interpreter is booked for the whole time, so the patient can rejoin the same link and carry on. Time lost to a dropped connection is part of the booked time.
04Can one interpreter cover a second language?
No. One booking covers English and one other language. A visit that needs two other languages takes two bookings, one per language, and both can use the same link.
05How is a telehealth visit priced?
The total for the booked hours shows before you pay. Book a little longer than the slot on the schedule, because interpreted visits run longer and unused time is not refunded.
06Which languages are available for telehealth?
70 languages. Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, Russian and Haitian Creole are the easiest to schedule. Burmese, Pashto and other rare languages need more notice.
