Every Texliff VRI is pre-arranged. You know the interpreter’s name and credentials before they ever join — and they walk in already briefed on the encounter.
Schedule the session
Pick a language pair, the platform you use, and a time slot — usually 24–48 hours ahead.
Get a confirmed link
We send back a calendar invite with the interpreter's name and a join URL.
Interpreter joins muted
They unmute and begin once everyone is in the room — no handoff confusion.
Wrap with a recap
Optional: receive a written summary, transcript, or signed certificate of attendance.

Yes. Your dashboard remembers preferred interpreters per patient, matter, and language pair so the same trusted face joins recurring follow-ups.
