The Dari divorce records we translate come from Afghanistan, where the primary courts and family courts handle marriages and their endings. There is no single national divorce form, so the layout depends on the court and the year. Some are typed decisions and some are handwritten. A marriage booklet (Nekah Khat) or a one-page Sharaie Waseqa Khat is the matching marriage record, and offices often want it filed beside the divorce. U.S. offices want the paper that shows the divorce is final. We translate the document you were issued, every page and both sides.

Texliff's certified Dari translations are accepted by USCIS, the National Visa Center, state agencies, DMVs, schools and universities, courts and more. USCIS officers look for the date the divorce became final and match both spouses' names against the marriage record and the passport. Clerks issuing a new marriage license read the same date. Courts reading a support or custody order check the case number and the name of the court. The original dates follow the Solar Hijri calendar, so the translation gives the Gregorian date clearly. The signed statement of accuracy is what each of them files with the translation.

and the employers, banks and insurers that ask for a certified translation
Take a photo or a scan of the divorce document and upload every page, front and back. The word count sets the price, and you see it before you order. A native Dari translator who works on civil and court records translates it. A second linguist then checks the names, the finality date and the case numbers against your scan. You follow the order in your dashboard. The signed PDF comes with a Certificate of Accuracy, a mailed hard copy can be requested, and rush options are available.
Each spouse's name is spelled the way the passport and the marriage record spell it, so a reviewer sees the same two people on every paper. Solar Hijri dates are converted to Gregorian dates, and the date the divorce took effect is stated plainly. Case numbers, registry numbers and the court's name are copied exactly. Court seals, the judge's signature and any stamps are described where they sit. Handwritten additions and margin notes are translated in full, including any line that restores a name or sets custody or support.

Yes. Every certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy meeting USCIS requirements, and the same format is accepted by courts, universities, and licensing boards.
Afghan records — most importantly the tazkira identity document — may record age relative to a year rather than a full birth date; the translation renders exactly what the record states without inventing precision. Dari is written right-to-left in Perso-Arabic script; names are romanized consistently, matched to passport or prior-filing spellings whenever they exist.
Afghan documents are dated in the Solar Hijri calendar; every date is converted to its Gregorian equivalent, stated clearly.
