A Turkmen divorce certificate is issued in Turkmenistan by the civil registry (ZAGS) office, known as RÝNÝ, under the title Nikanyň bozulandygy hakynda şahadatnama. The office registers the divorce either on a court decision or on the written statements of both spouses. The certificate carries a round blue official seal and the signature of the head of the office. U.S. offices usually ask for this certificate as proof that a prior marriage ended, and the court decision behind it helps if you hold it. We translate the version you were issued, complete, front and back where the back carries an entry.

Texliff's certified Turkmen translations are accepted by USCIS, the National Visa Center, state agencies, DMVs, schools and universities, courts and more. USCIS officers look for the date the divorce was registered and the full names of both spouses, which have to match the marriage certificate and the passports. Courts and clerks read the same date before a new marriage license or a support order. When the certificate rests on a court decision, readers also want the court and the decision date translated. The signed statement of accuracy is what each of them files with the translation.

and the schools, employers and consulates that ask for a certified translation
Send a photo or a scan of the certificate, front and back. The word count sets the price, and you see it before you order. A native Turkmen translator who handles civil records does the translation. A second linguist then checks both spouses' names, the registration date and the certificate number against your scan. You follow each step in your dashboard. The signed PDF comes with a Certificate of Accuracy, a mailed hard copy is available on request, and rush options are available.
Each spouse's name is kept element by element in the order the certificate registers it, including any patronymic, and matched to the passport spelling. Dates are written day first and become unambiguous English dates, and the translator keeps the registration date apart from the date of the court decision. The certificate number and the register entry number are copied exactly. The round blue seal is described where it sits, and any note about a restored name is translated in full, because that is the line a clerk reads when the names on your papers differ.

Yes. Every certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy meeting USCIS requirements, and the same format is accepted by courts, universities, and licensing boards.
Names may include patronymic elements; every element is preserved in the registered order. Modern Turkmen uses a Latin alphabet with ä, ň, and ý, while Soviet-era records are in Cyrillic — we translate both.
Dates are day-first and are converted to unambiguous English dates.
