Macedonian divorce papers come mostly from North Macedonia. A divorce is ordered by a court, so the paper that proves it is the court judgment, usually with a note that it is final. The local registry office of the Office for Management of Registers of Births, Marriages and Deaths issues the Extract from the Register of Marriages, which carries a wet round seal and the registrar's signature. The issue date on that extract is the day it was printed, not the day of the divorce. We translate the judgment and the extract as issued, with the back where it carries anything.

Texliff's certified Macedonian translations are accepted by USCIS, the National Visa Center, state agencies, DMVs, schools and universities, courts and more. For a Macedonian divorce certificate, USCIS officers look for the date the divorce became final and for names that match the petition and the passport. Clerks issuing a marriage license read the same date and the court that ruled. Courts also read the case number. Each reader gets every stamp and note translated, not only the ruling. The signed statement of accuracy is what each of them files with the translation.
Accepted by
and the employers, banks and insurers that ask for a certified translation
Take a photo or a scan of the judgment or the extract, front and back, and upload it. The word count sets the price and it shows before you order. A native Macedonian translator who works on civil and court records does the translation, and a second linguist checks the names, the final date and the case numbers. You follow the order in your dashboard. The signed PDF comes with a Certificate of Accuracy. A mailed hard copy is available on request, and rush options are available.
Names stay as registered, spelled the way the passport spells them, and a name taken back after the divorce is shown beside the earlier one. Dates are written day first and become unambiguous English dates, so the final date cannot be misread. Case numbers, registration numbers and the year of the entry are copied exactly. The wet round seal and the registrar's signature are described where they sit. Notes in the margin and clauses on custody or support are translated in full, because officers read them as part of the ruling.

Yes. Every certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy meeting USCIS requirements, and the same format is accepted by courts, universities, and licensing boards.
Names are preserved exactly as registered. Macedonian is written in Cyrillic with letters ѓ, ќ, and џ; names are transliterated consistently and matched to passport spellings when available.
Dates are day-first and are re-expressed unambiguously.
