Most Kyrgyz divorce records we translate were issued in Kyrgyzstan, where the district civil registry (ZAGS) office registers the divorce and issues the certificate. Older registry certificates were printed as a booklet with a dark blue round seal. Newer ones are a full A4 sheet, and an electronic copy is generated through the Tunduk system and can be checked with its QR code. If the divorce went through a court, you may also hold a court decree, and USCIS often wants to see both. We translate the version you were issued, complete, front and back where the back carries anything.

Texliff's certified Kyrgyz translations are accepted by USCIS, the National Visa Center, state agencies, DMVs, schools and universities, courts and more. For a divorce certificate, USCIS checks that the registration date falls before the next marriage and that both spouses' names match the marriage certificate and the passports. Clerks and courts read the registry number and the office that issued the record. Names keep every element, including a uulu or kyzy part, and dates are written out in full. The signed statement of accuracy is filed with the translation.

and the employers, banks and insurers that ask for a certified translation
Take a photo or a scan of the divorce certificate, and of the decree if you have one, front and back. The word count sets the price, and you see it before you order. A native Kyrgyz translator who works on civil records does the translation, and a second linguist reviews the names, the registration date and the seals. You follow the order in your dashboard. The signed PDF comes with a Certificate of Accuracy, a hard copy can be mailed on request, and rush options are available.
Each spouse's name is kept in full, with every element the record gives and the spelling the passport uses. Day-first dates become unambiguous English dates, and the date of registration is told apart from the date of the court ruling. The certificate number, the series and the act record number are copied exactly. The registry office, the head's title and the round seal are described where they sit. A QR code is noted in place, and any handwritten entry or later mark is translated too.

Can't find it here?
Yes. Every certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy meeting USCIS requirements, and the same format is accepted by courts, universities, and licensing boards.
Names may include patronymic elements (uulu/kyzy or -ovich/-ovna); every element is preserved. Kyrgyz is written in Cyrillic and records are often bilingual with Russian; we translate both and transliterate names consistently.
Dates are day-first and are converted to unambiguous English dates.
